Abstract
Information System that Surya Agung Tour was applying still had some weaknesses like in services and marketing of the tour services. In this rapid development of technology, the company was supposed to adapt to the time changes like implementing technology such as website as interesting information media which could be accessed using smart phones and computers. The company needed to add a web-based reservation system to help customers purchase the services. It would also help the company simplify the systematic reporting. Based on these facts, the company needed an information system for web-based tour package services reservations which hopefully provided better services to the customers and simplified the work at Surya Agung Tour Travel. Methodology applied in developing the information system consisted of needs analysis, observation methods, interviews, and library study. Designing systems applied good design systems both in database and interface. The
