Abstract
Dekaes Adventure is engaged in outdoor equipment rental services. The rules for making outdoor rentals in Dekaes Adventure began with the consumer coming directly to the store, then the consumer confirmed the equipment to be rented. Employees check whether the equipment was ready to be rented or not. Then consumers get the good condition equipments rented. They leaved their Identity Card (KTP) and advance payment. Satisfaction and kinship were one part of the Vision and Mission of Dekaes Adventure. The Customer service had so far encountered difficulties in making online reservations through telephone media. Therefore, through a web-based rental information system, it was expected to be able to optimize the rental activities of the Adventure Adventure. This system was developed using procedural methods. The results of this study were web-based outdoor rental information systems on Dekaes Adventure, providing information on rental goods availability, types of rental goods, number of rental items, rental item details and prices of each rental item that facilitated reservation activities and helping consumers find information on items to rent.
