Abstract
Alesa Hijab is an online shop in Yogyakarta which was established in 2014. Alesa Hijab is the first online shop that only sells headscarves. In the development, there were more and more enthusiasts and it decided to sell robes of women. One thing was what most companies must pay attention to. Maximum service that did not take much time of consumers was a must and must to do. One trading company that must pay attention to this is the electronics shop. Based on this fact, Alesa Hijab needed to develop a web-based E-Commerce application as a medium of information and online transactions at Alesa Hijab stores. E-Commerce is an electronic trading system using a browser that can help consumers in the transaction process of goods. Currently, users accessing the website through a browser cannot enjoy the efficiency of making transactions on websites that require a large bandwidth in presenting the interface features of the website. The purpose of this research was to make a web-based E-Commerce application to facilitate customers in making ordering and selling transactions at the Alesa Hijab online store. An application made must have more appeal, in appearance. In addition, the facilities provided must be clear and users friendly so that consumers or buyers who use the application were interested and motivated to use the application. The processes in the online store application included customer registration, sales of goods, etc. It was hoped that by making this online application, it improved store services to customer needs.
