Abstract
Transportation ticket reservation by online currently becomes important thing for otobus company (PO). But there are still PO of which the ticket booking is still conventional. The purpose of the study is to create the design of a web – based bus ticket reservation system on PO Budiman in order to make the ticket reservation easily. The system which is created are to help the officers in managing the ticket booking data and to help the users to take a booking and transaction. The method which is used is method of electronic costumer relationship management (E-CRM) where the process are capable of processing member data management, reservation data, route data, seat category data and making a reservation transaction report with periodic time. The concept of E-CRM software which is built can provide services to the customers optimally and also can provide a sense of satisfaction and comfort. The result of the study is to indicate that the website – based bus ticket reservation can provide the solution on the bus ticket booking process at PO Budiman in Imogiri aest.
