Abstract

7Supply is an online store which is engaged in the sale of sneakers located in Yogyakarta. Sales system mechanism of 7supply now still uses social media, where customers visit 7Supply's Instagram to view the catalog and contact 7Supply through messaging applications such as Line to place an order. This study uses e-commerce as a marketing for 7Supply to facilitate consumers in ordering and knowing information related to sneakers. The e-commerce at 7Supply is expected to provide convenience for consumers to purchase sneakers, as well as to expand market share, and increase trust and provide educative information about sneakers to consumers. 7Supply has difficulties in processing sales transactions and making reports. Therefore this e-commerce produces sneakers information on 7supply and presents reports such as sneakers reports, sales reports, delivery reports and stock reports.
