Abstract
An internship is an activity that aims to introduce practitioners to the industrial business directly or implement knowledge and skills that the students got in college. By joining an internship program, student can get knowledge and skills on what actually happen in the workforce. Doing an internship program in Prambanan Temple which is a part of UNESCO World Hertitage Site is the best place to practice the student’s knowledge and skills they got from college. In the internship program student learnt how to offer service as a tour guide, how to deal with unique tourist pronounciation, and learnt how to manage the service when the guide was always rejected by tourists. Being a tour guide is not easy, we should make the guiding more interesting. From the result of the experience, the writer concludes that internship program is very beneficial for students to have better preparation before entering the workforce.
