Abstract
City Tour is a travel agent providing tour services located on Jl Imogiri Timur No 201 Umbulharjo Yogyakarta. City Tour was established in 2014s. In managing city tour package reservations, it uses manual lookbooks reservation, because it does not have any city tour package booking application. Therefore, the writer aimed to design an information system for tour and travel booking systems with data collection methods using interviews and observation techniques. This package ordering information system expected to help and solve customers' problems. This researcher used qualitative descriptive research to provide a systematic, factual, and accurate picture. The tour and travel booking information system are expected to make staff and customers easier in booking and serving tours and trips, as well as to help staff carry out their service work smoothly.
