Abstract
The problem in LLDIKTI region V is how the application controls employees who will carry out systematic official travel in producing online official travel letter sheets and a recapitulation of all official travel. The purpose of this study was to develop a travel information system within the LLDIKTI Coordination Area region V. It is expected to be a media of information, data processing, and as a reference for the LLDIKTI Region V party to formulate policies, carry out computerized supervision, control, and coaching of higher education institutions and to improve performance in the coordination area LLDIKTI region V in the employee service system in conducting official trips and making reports. In the completion stage by making an employee service information system in official travel, which facilitates the user in recording and processing employee data in official travel, increased the ease and speed in providing information in official travel reporting. It also provided decision making supported by view reports generated by the system. Indeed, the application controlled employees who made official travel in a system that produced online official travel documents to help employees in checking for official travel.
