Abstract
Estu Trans, which is located at Jalan Wates Km.5, Ruko Gamping No.5, Ambarketawang, Gamping, Ambarketawang, Gamping, Sleman Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta is a travel business engaged in inland transportation. Currently, ticket sales and ticketing systems are still conventional, where customers order tickets via SMS, telephone, or come to the office and buy tickets directly. This system takes up customers’ time. Therefore, it is difficult to obtain information about the availability of seats needed, departure hours, and destination cities. The purpose of this research was to produce a web-based ticket sales information and seat availability system design and to make it easier to present Trans Estu Travel information. Some information contained such as the destination city, travel departure schedule, and how to purchase it and provide services to the public quickly and easily. Through the development of an online and computerized Estu Trans Travel Information System, it is expected to facilitate sales transactions and be efficient in recording data.
