Abstract
CV. Iframe Multimedia is one of the companies in Yogyakarta engaged in multimedia services and photography equipment rental. At this time, there are problems arise, namely the Asset Management Process at each branch still uses simple transactions, the management process is simple, the SPV or Manager only checks each branch one by one manually or by WhatsApp messager by looking at the assets such as maintained assets, damaged assets, or lost assets. Therefore, the researcher intended to build an Asset Management Information System in order to manage transactions as a whole to be recorded systematically. This System Development used the Waterfall Method, which starts with System Planning, System Analysis, System Design, Program Coding, Program Trial, Implementation, and System Maintenance. System Testing itself was conducted by Black Box Testing, where the researcher only tested the function of the features in the system without looking at the Code. In developing this system, the researcher made several features in the form of Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Management, Maintenance, Deletion, and Depreciation following the life cycle of an asset itself. Information provided in the form of periodic reports of each transaction carried out. Indeed, it can be used as decision support for planning expenses and managing finances from the company in the future. Keywords: Asset Information System.
