Abstract
Sejahtera Family Apartment is a business that operates in the field of retail, which sells goods / rents services. It has 315 dwellings with facilities such as sauna, swimming pool, tennis court, fitness center, one meeting room, one restaurant and coffee shop / café. Sejahtera Family Apartment has a lot of activities and payments on a daily basis such as rentals, daily necessities, maintenance and repairs to the property, thus, they often forget to take notes, one the factor is they have not been using an information system. Therefore, the process of managing financial data is not well and neat organized, and also causes monthly financial reports which often occur error and must be printed repeatedly until it is really appropriate. The purpose of developing this information system is to produce a system that can help the working performance of Sejahtera Family Apartment in managing data and financial reports. The method used in this research is the descriptive method by observing and interviewing. The tools used are erd and dad. The result of the study is accounting information system user that can record rental transactions, payroll, repairs and transactions conducted every day. So that, it can produce journal reports, ledgers, income, and balance sheets. Keywords: Apartment, Information Systems, Accounting, Website.
