Abstract
Mutiara is a cosmetics shop located in Yogyakarta. This shop sells high-quality of original cosmetics and skin care products, this shop works in collaboration with various brands of cosmetics distributors. Mutiara has a mission to expand the marketing area and provide other alternatives in shopping, so that, it can facilitate customers in purchasing process and make this shop can be known by the wider communities. So that, it can increase profits and the number of product sales. This research aims to create an online sales system through the website, so that, it can be accessed by consumers wherever and whenever they are as long as there is a sufficient internet connection. This sales media can simultaneously develop a sales system that does not only focus on the offline sales system, because it can indirectly expand product sales in this store. This website-based sales system also helps consumers get product information from this store without going to the store directly. By building a website-based sales system at this store, it can help the store and consumers in selling, buying, and promoting products through the internet. The result of this study is website-based sales system that makes easier for consumers and sellers to do transaction, expand consumer reach and increase the number of sales in this store. The concept of planning and also designing a marketing system for beauty products uses Data Flow Diagram (DFD) analysis, Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). The researcher uses Bootsrap's open-source framework to design sites and applications on the website. The programming language used are PHP and MySQL as database.
