Abstract
Optik Sulistyo provides optics that provide eyeglasses. In addition, it provides eye tests for its patients. However, it seems that people are very busy with activities and jobs to come to an optics. Therefore, Optik Sulistyo expands their conventional systems to overcome this matter and indirectly increase their sales. In the implementation, Optik Sulistyo creates a web-based sales information system. Thus customers do not need to come to the optics. Customers simply need to access the website and they can make online purchases. This application uses PHP and MySQL in processing sales data. Interviews, observation, and document analysis are used to collect data. The results of implementing this application can help the optic process data automatically.
