Abstract
In this study, the authors conducted research on how the process of selling spare parts at the Indah Motor workshop. The problem in this research is that the sales department is difficult to determine the availability of spare parts stock, determine the customers who have paid off and who have not paid off. As well as recording sales data that is easily lost and damaged. Therefore, the researchers made an information system design that can support the activities of selling spare parts and at the Indah Motor workshop. Therefore, the authors are interested in raising this problem as the aim of this study, as for the types of research methods used by the author are interviews, literature study, observation and documentation to the relevant institutions. In system modeling, the authors use object-oriented design methods with tools, namely, DFD (Data Flow Diagram). For database design, the waterfall method, relation table and ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) are used. From the results of the study, the authors want to provide an alternative solution in the form of a computerized design using the 2016 Delphi program design which can produce an information system for spare parts sales and handling and databases using SQL Server which is expected to simplify and speed up the transaction and reporting process at the Indah Motor Workshop.
