Abstract
Existing reservation system on Srijaya Tour & Travel at this time customers must come directly to the office to get information on tour packages offered in detail such as tourist destinations, prices, fleets, and other provisions before making a booking transaction schedule and payment so that it will take enough time long. The process of making a report will also require a long time because they have to manually record all reservation data from the customerThis study aims to produce an integrated tour and travel reservation information system and produce a website that can be used as a promotional media, information, and online reservation.The research method used is the waterfall method. The design of the sales and purchase system consists of a data flow diagram, entity relationship diagram and interface design. This online travel reservation system was built using a web-based programming language, namely PHP and MySQL as a database server.The results of this study are the existence of a web-based system that can be used as a media for processing tourist reservation data. In addition, the computerized system for online-based travel reservations can benefit the Srijaya Tour & Travel in transaction data processing and online-based implementation can make it easier for customers to make travel reservations.
