Abstract
Café is a business that operates in the culinary field. In conducting sales activities, Café needs to determine the selling price of the product to support profitability. In the past, the process of determining product prices at Café was done by estimating or following market prices, so that the benefits of Café were not optimal. At present it is not done anymore. Research conducted by the author uses the Café case study with the aim of helping Café in determining menu prices by using the Cost Plus Pricing method using the Full Costing approach. The Cost Plus Pricing method is a way to determine the selling price by adding profit or markup to the total costs incurred for the production and marketing process, the basic Full Costing approach determines the selling price through the cost of raw materials, direct labor, factory overhead (variable and fixed), administrative and general, and marketing which are the uses of the estimated total costs. The results of this study indicate the Cost Plus Pricing method helps Café in determining menu selling prices in accordance with the desired benefits. The menu pricing system in Café with the Cost Plus Pricing method was built using the PHP programming language and integrating MySQL as a database manager.
