Abstract
Information technology is now a very important human need. The progress of information technology which has experienced a very rapid development from year to year requires us to always step forward and follow the developments in information technology. Online ordering is a business mechanism in its own right, which is quite new. One of the features of the advancement of information technology is that all human beings on this earth have the opportunity to do business in cyberspace. Mechin 4 Petshop Shop is a type of business that serves grooming and pet care. Mechin 4 Petshop Shop has business processes that are still manual. For example, the business process for ordering grooming and pet care at the Petshop Mechin Shop does not yet provide online ordering. The purpose of this final project is to provide grooming and pet care reservations. The development of this system is expected to be a solution to make it easier to place online orders and provide information on the availability of grooming and pet care services. So, customers can get accurate information. That way, an effective and efficient activity can be achieved in supporting activities in ordering grooming and pet care online.
