Abstract
Kedai Digital 3 is a company engaged in the printing of merchandise. This research at Kedai Digital 3 was motivated by the difficulty of consumers finding information on products being sold and in ordering them. To get product and ordering information, consumers must come directly to Kedai Digital 3 or by sending messages via Whatsapp. Of course, this method takes quite a long time so that the information obtained by consumers is also limited. To solve the problem at Kedai Digial 3, a Web-Based Merchandise Sales Information System was built. With this information system, consumers can access the Kedai Digital 3 website anytime and anywhere to get product information by looking at the catalog of product types on the website. Without having to come to the store, consumers can make merchandise ordering transactions at Kedai Digital 3 easily and quickly, of course, the time and costs incurred by consumers are more efficient. For Kedai Digital 3, this information system can provide an alternative in the process of selling and ordering products so that sales volume at Kedai Digital 3 can increase. The result of this research is that a web-based merchandise sales information system application program is produced which functions to make it easier for consumers to see information on merchandise products being sold and to facilitate the ordering process at Kedai Digital 3.
