Abstract

Elections are a step of democracy in a nation, where every citizen is obliged to succeed the activity. Voter participation is a benchmark for success in a good election to elect a head of state or legislature. Kerbehasilan election seen on how much public participation related to the results of voting obtained from the collection. This research attempts to give an idea of the result of the vote counting process. This research uses quick count method to show a quick calculation result by taking some sample data of 2nd round of election result in election in DKI Jakarta as test data for application of calculation. Sample calculation with stratified sampling is a calculation to determine how much data is taken from a population. The results obtained from the research is the result of quick count calculation with percentage form with the calculation of data sample using stratified sampling or layer.
