Abstract

RAYMONDUS DEWANGGA RISANG AJI Department of Informatics, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta North Ringroad St., Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : r.dewangga.ra@gmail.com ABSTRACT The coronavirus, often referred to as COVID-19, is a virus outbreak that shocked the world today. The rapid rate of spread and transmission of this virus has made the World Health Organization set the coronavirus outbreak at a pandemic level. The impact of the coronavirus is tremendous for current social changes, such as changing teaching and learning activities through online media. Because of this reason, it requires a network, and a stable internet connection is needed to support teaching and learning activities. The purpose of this study is to analyze the sentiment of cellular provider service users during a pandemic. The object of this research is the sentiment of cellular provider service users obtained from social media Twitter. The method used in this research is Naïve Bayes. Meanwhile, for programming using the Python programming language. Testing with confusion matrix using the naïve Bayes method can produce an accuracy of 90.0% with a dataset of 520 data with a training dataset of 416 and a testing dataset of 104 data.
