Abstract
Dazzle is an electronics and mobile accessories shop that was founded in 2002. Currently, Dazzle uses Instagram as an advertising medium. In the creation of content or advertisements that will be uploaded to Instagram, there are several series of processes ranging from creating content or advertising ideas, division of work, making designs, making captions, checking suitability both in terms of price and types of goods in the store, until finally it can be uploaded to Instagram. Instagram. This process is only done using a Whatsapp group. Problems such as miss communication, unreadable messages, data that are difficult to retrieve when needed are the reasons for this study the authors adopted this web-based advertising and content management system which will later become communication and storage media so that the process of managing and archiving content or advertisements is simpler, easy, and efficient. The author uses the Waterfall system development method. This method is carried out with a systematic approach, the steps that are passed must be completed one by one and run sequentially. Then there is the Black Box testing method with questionnaires that will be distributed to users later. The results of the questionnaire show that out of 11 users, 7 of them said they were satisfied and 4 people said they were very satisfied with this design content ad management system.
