Abstract
This final project aims to determine the quality of online-based public services in the Department of Population and Civil Registration Bantul Regency. The preparation of DPA-SKPD is a stage made by each budget implementer in the context of organizing an activity. After carrying out field work practices at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Bantul Regency, it can be concluded that the systems and procedures in the preparation of DPA-SKPD at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Bantul Regency have been implemented very well, effectively, and efficiently, both in the stage of preparing the DPA draft. -SKPD, DPA-SKPD verification process, and approval of the DPA-SKPD draft by SKPD. However, the task of preparing performance-based budgets based on standards still needs to be improved for coordination between important elements in the planning and finance divisions in order to minimize obstacles in the preparation of Budget Implementation Documents for Regional Apparatus Work Units (DPA SKPD) at the Population and Civil Registration Office Bantul Regency.
