Abstract
The purpose of this final report is to find out the procedures for the online building permit service system at the Bantul Regency Investment and Integrated Services Agency (DPMPT). In addition, this report is made to analyze the perceptions of users of the online building permit service system at DPMPT Bantul Regency. To find out the perceptions of users/permit applicants, the researchers chose to use the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach by distributing questionnaires to 27 users of the online building permit service system at DPMPT Bantul Regency. TAM states that behavioral interest in using information systems is determined by two beliefs: perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. By using these two perceptions, someone is considered confident that using an information system will improve their performance and can find out the extent to which someone believes that using the system can provide convenience. The results of this study indicate that the online building permit licensing service system procedures have been implemented quite well. In addition, seen from the perception of usefulness, it shows that the online building permit service system at the Bantul Regency DPMPT has been proven to increase effectiveness, productivity and work results. Meanwhile, the perception of ease of use shows that the online building permit service system at DPMPT Bantul Regency can provide convenience for users.
