Abstract
The research aims to determine the influence of financial and non-financial compensation on the entire process of employee performance at PT. Valbury Asia Futures Yogyakarta. This study aims to show the significance of the effect of compensation on employee performance. In conducting the analysis, the author collected data by means of observation and conducting interviews. After collecting and processing all the data that was collected during the internship process at the company, it can be concluded that the provision of compensation is very influential on the achievement of employees for the company. Financial compensation affects employee motivation to continue to provide maximum results for the company. Meanwhile, non-financial compensation helps employees to develop their knowledge to support employee performance processes.
