Abstract
This study aims to determine the system and procedures for Installment Loans for the Pawn System (KRASIDA) at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Kentungan Branch. This discussion consists of systems and procedures for granting credit, paying installments, and taking KRASIDA collateral at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Kentungan Branch. The method used to collect data is the interview method with a qualitative descriptive approach. Determination of data sources obtained from sources (information), documents or archives, as well as events that occurred at the observation location. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observations, and documentation in participating in activities related to procedures for granting credit, paying installments and taking KRASIDA collateral. The research results obtained include: related parties, documents used, procedures and flowcharts in the credit system, installment payments and KRASIDA collateral collection at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Kentungan Branch.
