Abstract
This study aims to determine the payroll system and procedures and prevent misuse of funds in cash disbursements, especially salary expenditures at Bakesbangpol Sleman, Special Region of Yogyakarta. The existence of systems and procedures in a job will make it easier for employees to input data. Employee payroll starts from recapitulating salary renewal documents, supporting salary documents, printing salary lists, making Payment Submission Letters (SPP), making Payment Orders (SPM), receiving Accountability Letters (SPJ) to Fund Disbursement Orders (SP2D).
