Abstract
This final report examines the Business Licensing Procedures Through Online Single Submission (OSS) at the Pati City Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office. Online Single Submission (OSS) is an Integrated Online Licensing issued by the OSS Institution for and on behalf of the Minister, head of institution, Governor, or Regent through an integrated electronic system. OSS has been regulated in Government Regulation Number 24 of 2018 concerning Electronic Integrated Licensing Services. The purpose of the preparation of this Final Project is to find out the Procedure for Business Licensing Through OSS at the Investment and One Stop Service Office. The results showed that the implementation of business licensing had a long process before the OSS was issued. Through this OSS, business actors can streamline the business licensing process and make it more efficient and modern. Business actors will easily register or administer business activity permits such as Location Permits, Environmental Permits, Building Construction Permits without going through a long process and can immediately start their business production process simultaneously by completing other implementation documents.
