Abstract

EMPLOYEE REWARD/BONUS RECOMMENDATION SYSTEM WITH SIMPLE MULTI-ATTRIBUTE RATING TECHNIQUE (SMART) METHOD (Studi Kasus: JBSound di Yogyakarta) Sarah Viniardita Informatics Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : viniarditasarah@gmail.com ABSTRACT One of the Recommendation Systems for selecting employee bonus rewards at JBSound. This system implements the SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) method. SMART uses a linear additive model to predict the value of each alternative. SMART is more widely used because of its simplicity in responding to the needs of decision makers and the way it analyzes responses. There are several criteria that are taken into consideration in the selection of bonus rewards, including attendance, behavior, teamwork and service to clients. The system will later assist in selecting a large number of employee bonus rewards with accurate calculation results, and will provide recommendations to find out the right employees to get bonus rewards.
