Abstract
Berdasarkan data Kementrian PUPR, ada beberapa wilayah yang akan terkena pergusuran lahan di provinsi DIY untuk pembangunan tol Solo–Jogja. Salah satu wilayah yang terkena pembebasan lahan tersebut adalah kecamatan Kalasan. Dengan adanya pembebasan lahan tersebut banyak masyarakat yang tinggal di kecamatan Kalasan merasa rugi, karena banyak dari beberapa hunian yang akan di bebaskan lahannya karena proyek tol Solo-Jogja. Metode yang akan digunakan dalam pembangunan rusunawa di daerah kalasan menggunakan pendekatan pentahelix. Tahap analisis dilakukan setelah melakukan observasi lapangan dan memiliki data data yang valid dan dibutuhkan. Analisis meliputi analisis tapak, analisis program ruang, analisis utilitas, dan analisis konsep dan pendekatan. Konsep ide dasar pada perancangan bangunan rusunawa ini yaitu dengan membangun suatu bangunan rusunawa yang dapat memberikan fasilitas yang merespon masyarakat sekitar. Based on data from the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR), there are several areas in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY) that will be affected by land eviction for the construction of the Solo–Jogja toll road. One of the areas that will be affected by the land acquisition is Kalasan District. The land acquisition makes many people who live in Kalasan District feel at a loss because a lot of residential areas will be freed up for the Solo-Jogja toll road project. To solve a problem that exists in Kalasan region, Rusunawa was constructed with facilities that could support the problems of the surrounding community. The method that would be used in the construction of Rusunawa in Kalasan region was pentahelix approach. The analysis stage was carried out after conducting field observations and having valid or required data. The analyses consisted of site analysis, space programming analysis, utility analysis, as well as analysis of concept and approach. The concept of basic idea in the design of this Rusunawa building is to build a Rusunawa building that could provide facilities that respond to the surrounding community and could support some of the problems existing in the surrounding community.
