Abstract

Monjali Petshop is a pet shop that offers grooming and vaccine services. In addition to providing services, Monjali Petshop also sells various pet needs. Currently Monjali Petshop has 3 branches, the first branch is at Jalan Monjali No. 46 named “Monjali Petshop”, the second branch is on Jalan Palagan Soldier Student No. 48 with the name "Palagan Petshop", and the last one is the third branch located at Jalan Kaliurang KM 10 which is named "Monjali Petshop 3". The service ordering flow currently applied to Monjali Petshop has problems, namely customers cannot find out service information and schedules for vaccines and grooming, and when searching for data it takes a long time because it still uses manual recording. Stages of research on the system using the waterfall method. The purpose of this study is to produce a web-based system for the service ordering process using the Time Slots Booking feature and online payment methods using a payment gateway. The result of this research is that the system can make the process of ordering vaccines and grooming services through a website that has been built. Order services based on available slots and then pay using a simulation payment gateway. The system can generate order reports in the form of reports to make it easier to search data through available reports.
