Abstract

Laza shop is one of the businesses engaged in the sale of clothing. In running a business, the process of selling products is done by means of customers having to come directly to the store to find and select the desired product. Currently, Laza Stores do not have adequate product information media, so Laza Stores can only carry out sales processes in a small area, which means that they are only around the city. Product sales data is recorded in a ledger. This record carries a greater risk of loss and damage. By knowing these problems, it is necessary to make improvements which of course can minimize the problems that exist in the Laza Store. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and literature study. To find out the processes that occur in the system, namely by using Data Flow Diagrams (DAD), Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), relations between tables, interface design and using PHP and MySQL programming languages as databases. Tests carried out on this system are using black-box testing and giving questionnaires to 25 respondents which resulted in 85% answering agree, 14% answered neutral and 1% answered disagree. The result of this system is that it can facilitate the management and storage of product data, transactions, and reports to be more effective.
