Abstract

In a convection service business, the service is still manual, that is, the customer must come directly to a location that makes it difficult for customers who are located far from the convection, as well as product data processing, customer order data and order reports for convection parties are still done manually with bookkeeping. Payments made are also still direct or in cash. Therefore, a web�based clothing ordering information system is needed at the Cambena Ink Screen Printing Convection to overcome these problems. This information system is made by designing a system using Data Flow Diagrams (DAD), Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), relation tables and using the PHP programming language and MySQL database, as well as testing the system using the black box testing method. The result of this final project is the creation of an Information System for Ordering Clothing on Web-Based Convection with a case study of Cambena Ink Screen Printing Convection is by testing the black box system and giving questionnaires to customers and convection parties, which resulted in 83% answering agree, 15% answered neutrally and 2% answered disagree. Then this ordering information system can make it easier for customers to place orders and make payments online using a payment gateway, and for convection parties it can make it easier to manage product data, customer order data and order reports.
