Abstract
Guidance and counseling is a center for student and career services provided by the Yogyakarta University of Technology. Guidance and counseling is a place that can help students in terms of psychology in academic and non-academic fields. This study aims to facilitate counseling services in counseling guidance between counselors and students. Services in counseling guidance require a technological update; therefore the authors designed a Mobile-based Hi Counseling application to facilitate counseling guidance services. This online counseling service was chosen to improve student careers. The services provided are in the form of text�replied applications on mobile devices. Research activities are carried out by collecting data, one of which is by interviewing, this activity is carried out in the counseling guidance room. This system uses the Java programming language and the Firebase database. The application was successfully built according to the recommended system, with text-response consultation features and reservations for psychological tests and personality tests.
