Abstract
Each Salon has its own service data management system to run the operation of its salon. With a good system will be very helpful in the operation of the salon. However, this Aputri Salon in managing service reservation data that is currently running is still done manually by only using notes which will later be shared via the employee chat group as well as the delivery of information regarding schedule data and services available to customers also still using private chat lines, by Therefore, the management of reservation data such as service data, schedule data and transaction history data takes a long time, the resulting information is also less accurate and effective. Therefore we need an information system that is able to support reservation data processing using a web-based system to make it more practical for a salon that offers various types of service categories. This system uses PHP programming based on the Laravel framework. Meanwhile, MySQL is a database management system that can handle problems in managing reservation data at Aputri Salon. By using this system, it will be easier to convey information from service category, type of service and scheduling. The author uses the waterfall model to develop the system, so that it is carried out sequentially and systematically. Then in testing this system, the author uses the Black Box method to find out the system is running well or not. Making this service reservation system can help service management in recording users, service categories, schedules and reservations so that it can shorten time and can run salon operations optimally.
