Abstract
This research is intended to find out how to build a more efficient system in managing orders at Asterra Machine. Asterra Machine is a company engaged in industrial machinery. The ordering system that runs is still done conventionally so that it increases the possibility of recording errors. This study aims to find out how the machine ordering system is running on Asterra Machine and identify problems in the system. The research method that will be used is the Extreme Programming method. The system design will be done using draw.io offline software. Application development will use Android Studio. The database service that will be used is Firebase which allows data access in real time. This research resulted in 2 android applications. An application for customers that allows its users to view catalogs and place orders. Admin application as a catalog and ordering data manager. This application can help in recording orders and reduce the possibility of errors in recording orders.
