Abstract

Abstract This report is written as a description of the work that the author has done during his internship at the Yogyakarta Special Region Tourism Office. Internships are carried out as one of the aspects needed to complete studies at the Yogyakarta Technological University and are important as a condition for graduating students. The purpose of this report is to report on internship activities at the Yogyakarta Special Region of Tourism, to prove the progress made after doing internships, to complete one of the requirements for graduating from the Yogyakarta Technological University, and as a reference for students who want to do internships at the Tourism Office Yogyakarta Special Region. Internships are held for 2 months, approximately from March 1, 2022 – May 1, 2022, internships are carried out according to office working hours, namely from Monday to Friday, and holidays on Saturday and Sunday. Internship starts from 07.30 to 16.00 on Monday to Wednesday while Thursday and Friday starts from 07.30 to 15.00. Meanwhile, during Ramadan, the internship starts from 07.30 to 14.30 on Monday to Wednesday and from 07.30 to 12.00 on Thursday to Friday. The author carries out an internship at the Yogyakarta Special Region Tourism Office in the Program Subdivision; the implementation of the author's work in the program subdivision is taking care of archives in the program subdivision, delivering files between divisions, assisting program subdivision meeting activities, helping create program subdivision files.
