Abstract
Di era industri 4.0 dan masyarakat 5.0 terjadi perubahan secara signifikan terutama perubahan kepribadian. Menciptakan sumber daya potensi manusia unggul dalam segi ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi, moral, dan agama dengan pendidikan dan kesenian. Kabupaten Pacitan memiliki indeks pembangunan manusia (IPM) paling rendah se-Karesidenan Madiun (tahun 2018), masih di bawah dari standar nasional. Guna menaikkan IPM, mencetak sumber daya manusia professional, dan sebagai pendidikan moral, diperlukan lembaga pendidikan yang menaungi hal tersebut, salah satunya akademi seni pertunjukan. Seni pertunjukan mengalami perkembangan sangat signifikan dengan minat masyarakat yang tinggi. Pendekatan arsitektur simbiosis dipilih dengan tujuan mewujudkan perencanaan yang terintegrasi zona waktu dengan mengangkat nilai kesenian dalam representasi keseharian. Metode deskriptif kualitatif digunakan sebagai dasar dalam mengumpulkan, menyusun, dan mengolah data. Kesimpulan perancangan merupakan konsep-konsep desain akademi seni pertunjukan dalam pluralisme dinamis antar keberagaman dan komunikasi keselarasan seiring perkembangan zaman. Penerapan prinsip arsitektur simbiosis, diimplementasikan dalam pola tata ruang, tata massa, pola pencapaian, sirkulasi, bentuk gubahan, fasad, dan orientasi gubahan. In the era of industrial revolution 4.0 and society 5.0, there are significant changes, especially personality changes. This condition creates superior potential human resources in the field of science, technology, morals, and religion through education and arts. Pacitan has the lowest human development index (HDI) in Madiun Regency (in 2018), which is still below the national standard. To increase the HDI, produce professional human resources, and improve moral education, it is necessary to have an educational institution, one of which is the performing arts academy. Performing arts have been developing rapidly, along with the high public interest. The symbiotic architecture approach is chosen, which aims to realize a time zone integrated planning by upholding the value of art in daily representation. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method as the basis for collecting, composing, and processing data. The conclusion of the design is the design concepts of the performing arts academy in dynamic pluralism in the diversity and harmony in communication along with the developing era. The symbiotic architecture principles are implemented in special patterns, circulation, composition forms, facades, and composition orientation.
