Abstract
Roland Rahastian Primatara, Ahmad Tri Hidayat Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : email.mahasiswa@gmail.com, email.dosen@gmail.com ABSTRACT CV. Mardiva Janadi Utama is an industrial engineering company which is engaged in constructors and suppliers located at JL. RM Kahfi 1 Jagakarsa, South Jakarta. In the payroll process at CV. Mardiva Janadi Utama has used a computerized system which uses excel but found a problem where redundancy of data or double data occurs due to the absence of a primary key which causes the need to check 3-4 times by the admin before submitting it to the director which is quite a waste of time and can cause cash out report problems, the payroll process is usually done at the beginning of the month which takes 2-3 days. With these problems, an information system is needed that can assist the payroll process. The development stage includes system analysis and design, data collection is done by interview and observation. The system to be built will use a website base and for the database it will use phpmyadmin or mysql where the system will use the HTML or PHP programming language, in program design using the waterfall concept. It is hoped that the payroll system will make it easier for admins to make payroll and be more time effective. Keywords: System, Payroll, Database, Web-Based
