Abstract
Kota Tegal ditunjuk menjadi tuan rumah pelaksanaan PORPROV pada tahun 2022. Sesuai peraturan panitia penyelenggara PORPROV,setiap tuan rumah PORPROV harus memiliki fasilitas olahraga yang berstandar nasional. Dengan kondisi fasilitas olahraga Kota Tegal yang belum memenuhi Standar Nasional Indonesia, Pemerintah Kota Tegal berencana membangun pusat olahraga (Sport Center) untuk menunjang berbagai bidang olahraga yang dilombakan PORPROV. Sport Center ini nantinya akan berlokasi di Pesurungan Lor, yang lokasinya strategis, dekat dengan pusat kota dan terminal bus. Jadi para atlit nantinya tidak memakan waktu yang lama dalam perjalanan dari hotel ke tempat perlombaan(Sport Center). Stadion dengan lintasan atletik didesain untuk mewadahi aktifitas olahraga sepak bola dan atletik serta menjadi tempat untuk berlatih dan bertanding meraih prestasi. Diharapkan dengan pembangunan stadion berstandar nasional dan penyenggaran PORPROV di Kota Tegal bisa meningkatkan prestasi dalam bidang olahraga sepak bola maupun atletik, sehingga kedepannya bisa menciptakan atlit- atlit unggul putra dan putri daerah. Dan untuk desain Sport Center ini sendiri mengunakan metode pendekatan Hybrid Arsitektur , dimana desain Sport Center dan Stadion ini melebur dua unsur yaitu tipologi dan teknologi, memadukan masa lalu dan masa depan pada desain menciptakan bentuk ruang yang berbeda dalam pembangunan Kota Tegal. Tegal city was appointed to host the implementation of PORPROV in 2022. In accordance with the rules of the ORGANIZING COMMITTEE PORPROV, every host of PORPROV must have sports facilities of national standard. With the condition of tegal sports facilities that have not met the Indonesian National Standard, the Tegal City Government plans to build a sports center (Sport Center) to support various sports fields contested by PORPROV. This Sport Center will be located in Pesurungan Lor, which is strategically located, close to the city center and bus terminal. So the athletes will not take long on the way from the hotel to the race venue (Sport Center). The stadium with athletic tracks is designed to accommodate football and athletic activities and to be a place to practice and compete for achievements. It is expected that with the construction of a national standard stadium and the maintenance of PORPROV in Tegal City can improve achievements in the field of football and athletics, so that in the future it can create superior athletes of regional men and women. And for the design of this Sport Center itself uses the method of Hybrid Architecture approach, where the design of Sport Center and stadium is fused two elements namely typology and technology, combining the past and the future on the design creates a different form of space in the development of Tegal City.
