Abstract
Kabupaten Magelang merupakan daerah yang sedang mengalami pertumbuhan dan perkembangan yang cukup baik. Kabupaten Magelang memiliki tingkat perekonomian yang cukup baik karena memiliki potensi dan sumber daya yang cukup beragam. Pengembangan UMKM sebagai penguatan perekonomian sektor riil menjadi indikator keberhasilan pembangunan daerah. UMKM Development Centre diharapkan dapat menjadi wadah bagi para pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten Magelang. Developement Centre merupakan Pengembangan sumber daya manusia sebagai sarana pengelolaan dan pelatihan diharapkan dapat menghasilkan sumber daya manusia yang kompeten untuk mendukung kinerja pengelolaan UMKM. upaya memberdayakan SDM yang memiliki talenta dan potensi yang tinggi dibutuhkan untuk menjamin hasil kinerja yang optimal. Hal ini juga sesuai dengan adanya program pemerintah Pemerintah Jawa Tengah di tahun 2017 yaitu PURWOMANGGUNG, serta program Pemerintah Daerah Magelang pada tahun 2020 yaitu MAGELANG MONCER SERIUS 2020. Determine Architecture merupakan pengetahuan, kompetensi, sikap, dan sifat yang dimiliki oleh ruangan maupun bangunan, yang nantinya digunakan untuk aktivitas yang meningkatkan produktifitas melalui pengolahan kebiasaan, karena Determine Architecture merupakan perpaduan antara, pengalaman, pelatihan, keterampilan, kebiasaan, dan inisiatif yang memengaruhi produktifitas manusia. Dengan pendekatan Determine Architecture diharapkan mampu mewadahi aktivitas dan kegiatan pengguna bangunan yang dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan sumber daya. Abstract Magelang Regency is an area that is having sufficient growth and development. Magelang Regency has a fairly good economic level because it has quite a variety of potential and resources. The UMKM development to strengthen the real sector economy is a success indicator of regional development. The UMKM Development Center is expected to be a forum for UMKM actors in Magelang Regency. Development Center is the development of human resources as a means of management and training which is expected to produce competent human resources to support the performance of UMKM management. It needs more attempts to empower human resources with high talent and potential to ensure optimal performance results. This is also in accordance with the Central Java Government Program in 2017, namely PURWOMANGGUNG, as well as the Magelang Regional Government Program in 2020, namely MAGELANG MONCER SERIUS 2020. Determinism Architecture is the knowledge, competence, attitude, and properties possessed by a room or building, which later is used for activities that increase productivity through processing habits, since the Determine Architecture is a combination of experience, training, skills, habits, and initiatives that affect human productivity. Along with the Determine Architecture approach, it is expected to be able to accommodate the activities of building users that can increase productivity and resources.
