Abstract

Kota Bogor memiliki potensi dari sektor industri kreatif yang menghasilkan produk berkualitas. Salah satu upaya pemerintah Kota Bogor dalam merespon hal tersebut adalah dengan membangun fasilitas Creative Hub agar tercipta kolaborasi antar pelaku industri kreatif. Pendekatan Infill Architecture Compatible Contras dipilih karena peraturan yang berlaku di Kota Bogor mengharuskan bangunan baru dapat menyelaraskan dengan bangunan disekitarnya karena lokasi site berada di lahan eks gedung Bakorwil yang merupakan bangunan cagar budaya. Tujuan perancangan creative hub di Kota Bogor sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kolaborasi antar industri kreatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam Perancangan Creative Hub di Kota Bogor sendiri yaitu menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data primer serta data sekunder yang kemudian dianalisis sebagai dasar pertimbangan dari konsep perancangan. Penerapan Infill Architecture pada bangunan Creative Hub diharapkan dapat diterima pada kawasan bersejarah gedung eks bakorwil tersebut serta menjadi wadah untuk mengembangkan kreatifitas pelaku industri kreatif. Konsep yang digunakan adalah Infill Architecture Compatible Contras yang menerapkan prinsip general berupa warna dan karakter bangunan yang kontras, ketinggian bangunan selaras, massing bangunan mengadaptasi bentuk bangunan eksisting, komposisi fasad yang kontras, serta penggunaan material modern dan detail arsitektural yang disederhanakan dengan bangunan eksisting. Bogor has creative industry potential in producing quality products. One of Bogor’s efforts to respond to it is building a Creative Hub facility to create collaboration among creative industry people. Infill Architecture Compatible Contrast was selected due to the regulations in Bogor for new buildings to coordinate with the surrounding buildings because the site is located in the former Bakorwil building, which is a cultural heritage. The purpose of designing a creative hub in Bogor is improving collaboration among creative industries. The method in designing the Creative Hub in Bogor was qualitative method by collecting primary data and secondary data to be analyzed as the basis for consideration in the design concept. The implementation of Infill Architecture on the Creative Hub building was expected to be accepted by the historical area and be a space to develop the creativity of creative industry businesspeople. The concept was Infill Architecture Compatible Contrast which implemented the general principle of contrasting building color and character, compatible building height, building massing that adapts to existing building, contrasting façade composition, and usage of simplified modern materials and architectural designs compared with existing building.
