Abstract

This writing aims to determine the procedure system and calculation of Musyarakah financing of BMT Batik Mataram, Yogyakarta City. Musyarakah financing is a form of commercial cooperation agreement between several capital owners to include their capital in a business, where each party has the right to participate in the implementation of the management. The problems discussed are Musyarakah financing procedure system, and the calculation of musyarakah financing. The application of the BMT Batik Mataram musyarakah financing procedure system is very important for the BMT, so that the results of the study will explain the Musyarakah Financing procedure system and how to calculate the BMT Batik Mataram musyarakah financing. The process carried out is to create a flowchart to make the procedure for Musyarakah financing from financing submissions to financing installments. The purpose of making this flowchart is to make it easier for customers or members to find out what is needed if they want to apply for musyarakah financing at BMT Batik Mataram. In addition, it also discusses how to calculate musyarakah financing and examples of cases. Through the process carried out in this final project, a flowchart of the musyarakah financing procedure is produced and will also further clarify the musharaka financing procedure system at BMT Batik Mataram. In the calculation of financing will also produce a calculation system that is quite simple and easy to understand.
