Abstract
This writing aims to analyze the performance of the expenditure budget at the Department of Population Control, Family Planning, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (DPPKB & PPPA) Pacitan Regency for the 2020-2021 period. Specifically, the objectives studied from this research are analysis of expenditure variance, analysis of expenditure growth and analysis of the harmony of spending on the budget and realization of DPPKB & PPPA Pacitan Regency for the 2020-2021 period. The research results obtained from the analysis of data from this study show: 1) the analysis of the variance of spending on DPPKB & PPPA Pacitan Regency for 2020 and 2021 each shows negative numbers; 2) based on the analysis of the growth of spending on DPPKB & PPPA Pacitan Regency for 2021 experienced a spending growth of 7%; 3) based on the compatibility analysis of expenditures, the allocation of the realization of the Pacitan Regency DPPKB & PPPA operational expenditures for 2020 and 2021 is more prioritized, when compared to capital expenditures.
