Abstract
The Regional Public Company for Drinking Water Tirta Bumi Sentosa, Kebumen Regency is a regional-owned company engaged in the field of clean water services for the community in certain areas. Writing this report aims to determine the level of financial ratios from 2018 to 2020: (1) Liquidity Ratio calculated based on Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, and Cash Ratio, (2) Solvency Ratio calculated based on Debt to Asset Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Long Term Debt to Equity Ratio, (3) Profitability Ratio which is calculated based on Net Profit Margin, Return on Assets, and Return on Equity, and (4) the financial condition of the Regional Public Company Water Drinking Tirta Bumi Sentosa, Kebumen Regency which is assessed based on the calculation of financial ratios. The object used in writing the final project report is a financial report in the form of a Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Report for the Tirta Bumi Sentosa Regional Public Water Company, Kebumen Regency for the 2018-2020 period. The data collection method used is the documentation method. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis technique, which is an analysis that describes by calculating the financial ratios of the company using certain formulas. The results of the ratio analysis during 2018-2020 generally show that: (1) The level of the Liquidity Ratio based on the indicators of Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, and Cash Ratio is in good condition, so it can be said as a liquid company. (2) The level of Solvency Ratio based on indicators of Debt to Asset Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Long Term Debt to Equity Ratio is in good condition, so it can be said as a solvable company. (3) The level of Profitability Ratios based on indicators of Net Profit Margin, Return on Assets, and Return on Equity with positive results, so that it can be said as a profitable company. (4) The company's overall financial condition based on the ratio calculation is good even though it is experiencing instability in generating profits.
