Abstract

The purpose of writing this final project is to find out a series of systems and procedures for processing cash transactions using accounting software called Jurnal.id at PT Mindo Small Business Solutions. With the application of this Jurnal.id software, it is an example of how a system in technology works for processing accounting activities at PT Mindo Small Business Solutions, especially in processing cash transactions. The use of Jurnal.id at PT Mindo Small Business Solutions is used in the company's daily operational activities. Many companies use the software for processing cash transactions. Processing cash transactions using the Jurnal.id software was applied to examples of cash disbursements at PT Mindo Small Business Solutions. The processing procedure starts from entering the data listed on the transaction receipt into the Ms. application. Excel, then transferred to Jurnal.id to save the transaction input results in the form of documents. In its application, the accounting department has complied with the correct sequence of procedures for using the Jurnal.id software. However, several times there are still errors in carrying out the transaction input process. Therefore, the procedure for processing cash transactions using Jurnal.id needs a clear description as a guide for other users.
