Abstract

This report aims to determine whether the implementation of cash disbursement systems and procedures at the DIY Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) is in accordance with applicable regulatory standards. The funds used by the Regional Disaster Management Agency come from the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN) and then used as cash at the DIY Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD), therefore all cash flows that have been issued to the Inspectorate and the State Audit Board (BPK) must be accounted for. ). Based on the results of the study, it was found that the implementation of cash disbursement systems and procedures at the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) DIY was in accordance with applicable government regulations, namely Governor Regulation Number 90 of 2016, concerning Regional Financial Management Systems and Procedures. Each cash disbursement is also accompanied by proof of transactions and documents such as Payment Request Letter (SPP), Fund Provision Letter (SPD), Payment Order Letter (SPM), Fund Disbursement Order (SP2D), as well as other documents related to cash disbursements carried out by the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) DIY.
