Abstract
This analysis aims to determine the extent to which the performance of Regional Owned Enterprises (BUMD), especially PT. BPR Bank Klaten (Perseroda) is seen from its financial condition and to find out how big the contribution of BUMD in increasing Regional Original Income (PAD) in Klaten Regency for three years (2019-2021). The importance of analysis of the financial statements is the background of this final project report. If the results of the analysis of financial statements are good and have an increase, it will have a good impact on the company's performance and will increase the Regional Original Income (PAD). Increasing Regional Original Income (PAD) is one of the fiscal instruments in building the economy and community welfare. This case study is a quantitative descriptive case study using trend analysis techniques and financial ratio analysis, which includes liquidity, solvency, and profitability. The data collection used in this case study is the method of literature review (observations, interviews) field observations and based on existing documents. The results of this case study indicate that PT. BPR Bank Klaten (Perseroda) can carry out its duties in managing its sources of funds. Although in 2020 there was a decline in financial performance due to the COVID-19 virus outbreak, the company was still able to reduce other operating expenses in generating revenue and was able to manage the capital invested in all assets to generate company profits. So that PT. BPR Bank Klaten (Perseroda) as BUMD continues to contribute to Regional Original Income (PAD) through company profits.
