Abstract
Development of Web-Based E-learning (Case Study: SMK Negeri 3 Pangkalpunang) USMAN, Ir. Dr. Arief Hermawan M.T.,IPU Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : usmanalman88.uc@gmail.com, email.dosen@gmail.com, ABSTRACT SMK N 3 Pangkalpinang is a public school that produces students majoring in hospitality administration, catering, fashion and travel business. The delay in the teaching and learning process during the pandemic and the absence of teaching and learning aids make students and teachers need teaching and learning process aids (e-learning). The purpose of this study was to develop e-learning at SMK N 3 Pangkalpinang. This e-learning will be used by students, teachers and administrators and will be developed on a web-based basis. The system will process student data, teacher data, classes, lessons, materials, assignments, quizzes, answers to assignments and quizzes as well as printable grade reports. The method used by researchers in developing e-learning is the method of analysis, design and implementation. The process of making e-learning is carried out using SublimeText3 software for a text editor, the database is made with SQLyog, the server package uses XAMPP, and the PHP, CSS, and HTML programming languages with the bootstrap framework. The results of this study are e-learning at SMK N 3 Pangkalpinang with features of providing material in the form of documents or videos, assignments, quizzes and grades. Students can download materials and upload answers. Thus, it can be concluded that the teaching and learning process is more structured and implemented if there are obstacles to e-learning at SMK N 3 Pangkalpinang.
