Abstract

INFORMATION SYSTEM OF INTEGRATED POLICE SERVICE CENTER AT PUNDONG POLICE BANTUL NURSITA MIRAUSNI, AHMAD TRI HIDAYAT, S.Kom., M.Kom Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : nursitamirausni93@gmail.com, ahmad.tri.h@uty.ac.id, ABSTRACT The Integrated Police Service Center, which is abbreviated as SPKT, is an element of implementing the main tasks in one of the areas of police service at the Polsek level which is under the Kapolsek. The SPKT is tasked with providing integrated police services to public reports or complaints, providing assistance and assistance, and providing information services. At the Pundong Police, if the public makes a complaint to the police, the service at the SPKT unit still uses the conventional system which is carried out by recording in the agenda book and has not been computerized so that when the service process takes place there are still frequent errors in recording, less accurate reports are made, and the slow pace of reporting. searching for the necessary data and the lack of information to the public about the requirements for the SSTLP (Police Report Receipt) application. For this reason, the authors design an SPKT information system that can facilitate police officers in the process of making, to archiving STTLP, and can make it easier for the public to apply for SSTLP because application data and requirements can be uploaded through a web-based SPKT system. The method used is the waterfall method by using system development tools in the form of DFD and ERD. The design of this system is a good solution to solve the problems that exist in the Pundong Polsek SPKT unit, and with a computerized system an effective and efficient activity can be achieved in supporting the work of the agency.
