Abstract
IMPLEMENTATION AND TESTING OF WEB-BASED POPULATION INFORMATION SYSTEM (Case Study: Village Office of Ngilen Village) Abdul Taufiq, Suyud Widiono, M.Kom Information Systems Study Program, Faculty of Science & Technology University of Technology Yogyakarta Jl. Ringroad Utara Jombor Sleman Yogyakarta E-mail : abdul.taufiq95@gmail.com, ohmyud@gmail.com, ABSTRACT The Village Office of Ngilen Village is an agency under the government of Blora Regency which is located in Ngilen Village, Kunduran District, Blora Regency. In processing population data, the Ngilen Village Head Office still uses conventional methods which result in work becoming less effective and efficient. The research that has been conducted by One Yunita entitled "Implementation and Testing of the Purwosari Village Population Data Processing System" explains that in his research there are problems that result in errors in managing population data, this is because they still use manual methods in data processing. This can be used to determine the number of residents of each RT in the Village of Ngilen Village. The existence of a system that will be designed can make it easier for officers to carry out population data collection and manage population data more effectively and efficiently without having to return to the village office of Ngilen Village. is running, designing the system, implementing databases and applications and testing the system. This application/program can be used by the officer as long as it is connected to the internet and using the computer provided. Officers can easily input data or perform data processing without having to open other applications such as Microsoft Excel because this application already recaps data automatically.
